1. Service Cancellation

  • You can cancel your booking before the technician is dispatched.
  • Cancellations made in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a nominal service charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service was not delivered as scheduled
  • Technician was unavailable or did not visit
  • Payment was made but service was not provided

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

  • Service has already been successfully completed
  • Issues arise due to customer-side conditions
  • Customer refuses service at the time of visit

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank

4. Service Charges

  • Inspection or visit charges are non-refundable once the technician has arrived
  • Additional work may incur extra charges
